Inadequate air conditioning in some rooms!!! Noise disturbances from exterior dining areas are a real pain!!! Poor cleanliness in bathrooms could seriously hurt the hotel’s reputation!!!

What stands out – both good and bad
The location is outstanding, perfectly positioned for exploring the area. And the dinner in the dining room was delightful, complemented by the friendly staff who truly aimed to enhance our experience.
Sound insulation is poor, letting in noise from neighboring rooms and outside. Additionally, the breakfast service was lacking during busy hours, leading to long waits and limited choices.

We stayed in a quadruple room which was super clean and comfy. The beds were cozy, and the space was really nice for a family. Plus, there’s free parking, and the hotel has a lovely garden to chill in. Only downside was that the staff was a bit unwelcoming at first, but they warmed up later. Would definitely come back again!
